With the great demand for physicians, there are not enough qualified, industry-experienced MD’s, resulting in the need for many of our partners to hire both academic physicians who are focused in research in either basic, translational or clinical research, and clinicians straight out of clinical practice who can offer value on commercial teams.

We often source physician scientists from academic and clinical research centers, and have successfully placed scores of MD’s and MD, PhD’s from academia to industry. Our success, we feel,  is attributable to our informative, consultative approach. It’s an important transition from the academic world to the pharmaceutical industry and we try to answer all the questions and concerns these physicians may have in order to help them make an informed decision about whether it would be the right move for them.
